NO RETURN, NO REFUND & NO EXCHANGE POLICY

We maintain a strict No Return, No Refund & No Exchange Policy on all products sold through our website.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, replacements, cancellations, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Didn't like the color, print, fabric or design
  • Product looks different from expectations
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Better price available elsewhere
  • Delay caused by courier companies
  • Occasion has passed
  • Customer not available during delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Refusal to accept the parcel
  • Size, drape or styling expectations
  • Minor color variations due to photography, lighting, editing or screen resolution
  • Natural variations in weaving, printing, embroidery or handcrafted work
  • Loose threads or minor finishing variations that do not affect usability

All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed.

HANDCRAFTED & PRINTED PRODUCTS

Many of our sarees are handcrafted, woven, digitally printed, embroidered or artisan-made.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Slight irregularities are characteristics of handcrafted products.
  • Print placement may vary from product images.
  • Color may vary due to monitor, mobile screen and lighting differences.
  • These are not manufacturing defects.

Such variations shall not qualify for return, exchange or refund.

  • Flash Sale
  • Buy 1 Get 1

  • Combo Offers
  • Free Product Offers
  • Festival Offers
  • Discounted Products

are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

Maharani Couture reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Technical errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment verification failure
  • Fraud detection
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Operational limitations

In such cases, if payment has been successfully received and the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Customers refusing COD deliveries without valid reason may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

Shipping charges, courier handling charges and operational losses arising from refusal of delivery shall not be refundable.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Estimated delivery timelines are only estimates.

Maharani Couture shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Transport disruptions
  • Force majeure events

Delivery delays shall not be considered grounds for cancellation, refund or compensation.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If the customer refuses delivery after dispatch or fails to accept the shipment despite delivery attempts, the order shall be treated as completed.

No refund, exchange or replacement shall be applicable.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In rare situations where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Maharani Couture reserves the right to cancel the order. If payment has already been received and the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.

LIABILITY LIMITATION

Maharani Couture shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential losses
  • Emotional distress
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Business losses
  • Special or incidental damages

Our total liability, if any, shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product.

RIGHT TO REFUSE CLAIMS

Maharani Couture reserves the sole and absolute right to:

  • Accept or reject any claim.
  • Request additional evidence.
  • Conduct internal quality inspection.
  • Reject fraudulent or suspicious claims.
  • Reject repeated misuse of customer support.

The decision of Maharani Couture shall be final and binding.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim or legal proceeding arising out of purchases made from Maharani Couture shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, and no other court shall have jurisdiction.
