NO RETURN, NO REFUND & NO EXCHANGE

All purchases made through www.maharanicouture.com are final.

We maintain a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange Policy on all products sold through our website.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, replaced, or canceled after dispatch for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal dislike of color, design, fabric, texture, print, or finish
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Incorrect size expectations
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Failure to read product description
  • Difference in personal expectations
  • Purchase during sale, offer, promotion, clearance, festive sale, flash sale, or special discount campaign

PRODUCT VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Product images are photographed under professional lighting conditions.
  • Slight variations in color, shade, texture, weave, print placement, embroidery placement, zari work, motifs, and finishing may occur.
  • Actual product color may vary slightly due to screen resolution, monitor settings, photography lighting, and mobile display settings.
  • Handcrafted, handloom, printed, woven, embroidered, and artisan-made products may naturally have minor irregularities which are characteristics of the product and not defects.

Such variations shall not be considered defects and shall not qualify for return, refund, exchange, replacement, chargeback, or compensation.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Products that have undergone any customization, alteration, fall-pico, edging, tassel modification, blouse stitching, or any customer-specific modification are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, handed over to a courier partner, or marked as dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, applicable payment gateway charges, processing fees, convenience fees, and administrative charges may be deducted before refund processing.

DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE

Upon successful delivery, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the product in complete and satisfactory condition.

Claims raised after delivery regarding preferences, appearance, color variation, fabric feel, drape, styling, or any subjective dissatisfaction shall not be entertained.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Maharani Couture reserves the absolute right to:

  • Refuse service to any customer.
  • Reject suspicious claims.
  • Block future orders from customers with excessive complaints, return requests, chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent activities.
  • Recover losses arising from false claims or misuse of company policies.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact Maharani Couture directly before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or banking complaint.

Initiating false, misleading, or fraudulent chargebacks after receiving a product may result in legal action and recovery proceedings.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Maharani Couture be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product purchased through our website.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product.

RIGHT TO REFUSE CLAIMS

Maharani Couture reserves the right to reject any claim, request, complaint, or demand that does not comply with this policy.

The decision of Maharani Couture shall be final and binding regarding all product-related disputes.

JURISDICTION
